Since 2015, we have worked to eliminate the stigma surrounding mental health in Nigeria by promoting open and honest conversations, personal experiences, and inspirational life lessons.

Team Members
Our ideal content team consists of writers, editors, illustrators, voice-over artists, and content strategists who work hand in hand to provide relatable and informative content regarding mental health, relationships, self-love, faith, grief, and heartbreak.
